The La Marzocco GS3 MP (manual paddle) is a dual boiler espresso machine with a saturated group head, PID temperature control, shot timer, a cool-touch steam wand, a cool water mixing valve, and a rotary pump that can be direct-plumbed or run on its internal, 2.5-liter reservoir.

Every component found in the GS3 MP is built to La Marzocco’s commercial standards, delivering incredible power, control, and classic Italian styling to your home.

The manual paddle that sits front-and-center on the La Marzocco GS3 MP espresso machine connects directly to the internal conical valve, allowing the user complete control over the flow of water through the espresso puck. This feature creates an endless amount of pressure and flow profiles for those seeking to get the most out of every shot, making the GS3 MP the ultimate espresso laboratory.

However, you choose to pull your shot, you’ll receive real-time information from the pressure gauge that sits atop the group head periscope.

The new "connected machine" feature is standard with all new GS3 MPs and allows machine owners to connect to their machines via the new La Marzocco Home App.

Using the app, home baristas will have the ability to engage with a variety of features on their machine, including remote on/off/standby capability, boiler temperature status and control, and machine statistics and total shot counter.

La Marzocco is consistently updating the Home App, meaning more features will be available in the future.
