The M series is designed to operate with a side or under counter refrigerator. it has 2 automatic steams wands as well for an expanded milk selection. 

A Twin Refrigerator holds 2 -1 gallons of milk. You can draw from both of the same milks or have a switch-over valve and draw from 2 different milks. Example 4% and 2 %. Use the ever foam wands for vegan milk selection example almond or oat.

When high speed Volume production is needed, Enigma modal 6 ST system is the answer with its three brew groups. and providing more room for two people to work the machine at the same time
